  • Creating and designing hardware systems and components, such as circuit boards, processors, and memory devices
  • Pre Participate in the initial stages of the product development cycle, from understanding customer requirements to evaluating and quoting potential solutions.

  • Develop detailed 3D models of automotive components like engines, transmissions, chassis, or body parts using Creo.
  • Assemble individual parts into larger systems or vehicle modules within the software.
  • Refine designs for manufacturability and performance using Creo's advanced tools like Behavioural Modelling.
  • Use Creo to create and visualize concept designs for automotive components, incorporating customer or project requirements.
  • Utilize Creo's built-in FEA and CFD tools to simulate stress, thermal, and dynamic conditions on components to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Create complex sheet metal parts or freeform surfaces, which are crucial for designing body panels, enclosures, or aerodynamic components. Generate detailed 2D drawings with dimensions, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and annotations for manufacturing.

  • Develop and customize instrument cluster software to meet OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) requirements.
  • Collaborate with OEMs and cross-functional teams to understand and document technical and functional requirements.
  • Integrate software components (middleware, drivers, APIs) into the instrument cluster system.
  • Use tools like CANalyzer, CANoe, or other debugging tools to monitor and troubleshoot communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, or FlexRay).
  • Work closely with hardware engineers to ensure compatibility of the software with the instrument cluster hardware.
  • Provide regular status updates to project managers and stakeholders.
